Our stay was excellent from the start. Great ambiance when you walk in to wonderful hotel desk staff. Quick check in. From your room to the pool in no time. Clean pool area, hot tub was great! Dining was also great and affordable with large portions. Gaming is also clean with nice options in the non-smoking area. This is a positive when you are a non-smoking visitor.

The room was nice. The only thing I would have liked was to see a map of some sort. Of the facility. Or something that told me of the amenities. I arrived late afternoon and didn't know where anything was. A restaurant, or place to eat before the show I was to see that evening. I had to wonder around hoping to find something.

Honestly this was the dirtiest hotel room I have stayed in for a while. Hair clump in shower, hair on the towel, splash marks and spilled product on the bathroom walls and sink cabinet. Multiple small items on the room carpet, even the room to the room was marked and dirty. Disappointing as I travel to Spokane for work all the time and stay here because it is usually a nice room. Right next to the ice machine and vending as well. Disappointed

Check-in was the only reason this rating wasn’t 5 stars. I informed the check-in person that the room thermostat was not working and she responded with “no worries” then throughout my stay she continued to tell me “no worries” when I informed her of other areas.
