I was unable to keep my reservation due to a vehicle breakdown in an area with no cell service. I politely asked if I could either not be charged or at least a credit for another stay. NO. Is it becomes I used Expedia? If you don’t like that, why be available on their site. Poor customer service I think. It was a Monday evening. I doubt you were sold out.

I liked how pleasant it smells when you first walk in! The staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Check-in was quick and efficient! The rooms were comfortable with all the amenities one would need for their stay. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to a return visit.

Beds were super comfortable and did not make any noise when I moved around. Confused as to why there was no ice machine on the ground floor but there was one on every other one. Disappointed that there was no microwave in the room or even available anywhere unless you rented one for $15/NIGHT. Probably won't be staying here again.
