The young man that checked us in was friendly and processed our room efficiently after midnight. He was great! The breakfast staff was over their heads, unfortunately. There were a lot of guest and not enough food or utensils. We ended up going out to breakfast because it was so under staffed and empty.

The place is pretty dirty. Staff is nice but the overall experience and ambiance is very poor. Very dated building and musky smell. Very dimly lit lobby area. The courtyard with the fire pits are cool but that’s about the only positive. The pools are super dirty and gross. We specifically booked here because of the slide that’s in the pool but they closed that down because there’s no life guard on duty. We were there For the weekend so it’s odd that there’s no life guards for the slide. The rooms are poorly cleaned and the carpets are sticky. The room advertised capacity of 5 people yet there were only two queen beds…no pull out couches. They claimed that the rooms are meant for 4 only but you can rent a rollout cot for $15/day. So false advertisement where you pay for more people buy capacity doesn’t accommodate. The cot is straight out of a thin layer of barely cushioned spring board. Very uncomfortable and will only fit a small person or a small teen. Overall for the price of this place and the quality of everything, it’s definitely not worth it and I would not recommend at all.

This is an airport hotel, people are constantly coming and going. However, the walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear others talk, walk, move on their beds in other rooms next to you. You can hear footsteps loudly in the halls, cranky children crying from being woken up early, etc. If you are a light sleeper, definitely not the place for you. My whole family was woken up several times throughout the night. We called the front desk about excessive noise for hours and it seems like they could care less. I went out in my pjs, and walked all the way to the front desk to ask what was done about it, and the guy was not helpful at all. This was around 3:00 in the morning, I was able to fall back asleep til around 4 when the family finally left. Honestly will not be coming back due to the fact that the staff could care less.
