Enjoyed our stay, while family member hospitalized. Hotel under renovation and we were given heads up construction noise on 3rd floor would start around 08:30, which was very reasonable. They recommended a first floor room, which worked well for us. Hot breakfast wasn’t available because of construction, but most other items were still available. The rooms are very clean, decor is lovely, and the staff are friendly. They located my personal, specialized pillow I left behind. Staying again this weekend.

The hotel is changing ownership and they are remodeling the hotel and they are downgrading the quality. The room has not enough light. They need to put more lamps or something. The bathroom quality materials is cheap. The shower head is terrible. Bad bad pressure. Ridiculous. The construction workers talking loud and even singing. Very disappointing stay

Terrible stay

The hotel was being renovated this should have been communicated when we made the reservation there was no services not even a shuttle to the airport we were told to get Uber’s and needed an hour and a half to get the uber the hotel is less than a minute from the terminal we walked through the rain to our flight the room was extremely noisy we did not get any sleep due to the guests above us allowing there kids to run around making noise all night

This hotel is being remodeled. The room did not have the thermostat on so it was stuffy and smelled of paint and plaster. The entire hotel smelled of chemicals. We should not have been charged the price we were for such terrible conditions
