Great stay

I really appreciate the front desk staff Daniela (sorry if I didn’t get the name spelled correctly)! The text message service is indeed needed and so easy to communicate back and forth. All of my requests got responded quickly and solved. The location is good for me to attend my conference at the convention center. Hope to go back there again next time!

Pleased and Convienient

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The parking is really limited near the hotel. There was additional parking but it was a block away. Very convenient for us to go to the Knitting Factory and didn’t cost to much. The restaurant that they had for the complementary breakfast was really good.

This hotel is not especially fancy, but it is clean, the location is great, and we enjoyed the free breakfast at an actual diner instead of the usual buffet breakfasts you get at other hotels. We will be back.

The location was perfect. The room was simple, but the bathroom had been renovated and was quite nice. We also loved how quiet the room was, considering the hotel was right downtown. The breakfast next door was also great, we would stay here again.

The common area artwork was great, great value place. Seemed more like a motel than a hotel, but it was clean, and the discount at the Steamworks restaurant was great. It was a nice place to lay my head for a night, though if I was staying longer I'd likely find a more upscale destination.
