It was okay except for hard mattress, bed so close to wall had to inch through, oh and 2 out of 3 nights police cars all over!! First night, 9 cars second 3. So not a safe area??? Also we ate at Dennys, and asked if there's a discount, they said that office shou have given us a coupon. But when we asked at office they said NO WE DO NOT GIVE THEM OUT! Neighbor hotel does. Front desk is lackluster and precheck-in is a joke. Took 15 minutes to get keys. I probably scored too high.

The staff was horrible to us. Very noisy as to if we wanted to go eat snacks for breakfast or use the pool and would not let us use them because we have dogs. We had to get a rover sitter and we were still hounded about going to the pool. It totally ruined our vacation. We ended up leaving early and went to a different hotel and had a much better experience.

While this hotel states it is pet friendly, has breakfast, and a pool/hot tub none if these things is true. The pool and hot tub are across the street located in a different hotel. The breakfast consists of only 1 pre-packed pastry option. You must be in your room at all times with your pet. You cannot step out for breakfast or anything without the office calling you and doing a room check. You also cannot opt out of a full housekeeping each day in which you have to leave your room for 45 minutes. Ended up leaving early I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel. Do not recommend

The staff, Sunny and Heather, were so friendly and efficient. The plants in the lobby really added to the ambiance as did the lovely landscaping around the parking lot. Pool area looked so welcoming tho didn’t have time to use it. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was better than most complimentary ones. The hotel is located in a safe convenient location.

We booked a room with a queen bed and bunk beds. The room reeked of dog, so we opened the window and outside it reeked of weed. The sheets of both beds on the bunk bed looked like they had never been changed. The pool isn’t even in the same hotel (which wasn’t disclosed anywhere prior to us checking in). The “breakfast” consisted of pre-packaged boiled eggs, packaged microwaveable toaster strudel things, coffee, & juice, which was disappointing. I don’t know what I expected, but I’ve had better continental breakfast at essentially every hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The shower was dirty when we arrived, with hair in the tub and on the walls. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The front desk agent was the best part of my whole stay. I checked in on Sunday the 25 of may about 3:00pm. I can't remember the girls name. But help us get in to a better room that has 2 bed instead of 1.

Not worth it, dirty and unkempt.

No accessible access. The door to the elevator without stairs in front of it was broken so it was climb 9 stairs or walk around the entire hotel to the front and then the entire length of the hotel to the elevator. Carpets had staining, elevator shook and rattled, breakfast wasn't as it was pictured but was just bulk pastries in a fridge. The toilet didn't flush well and the sink would back up and bubble if the water ran for more than 10 seconds. Ladybugs kept landing on me in the room. It said maid service daily but the first day they came in and gave me new towels but didn't empty the trash (which had food garbage in it) or do anything else, the second day they didn't come in at all.

Not worth the money

Check in clerk was nice. Hotel seems rundown, in a sketchy area, terrible parking, things felt dirty, shower/tub in terrible condition. Will not stay again.
