The room we were given had not been cleaned. Blankets, pillows, towels all over the floor. Human feces was on the floor inside the door. Upon going back to the front desk, we were given another room, and found that none of the lights worked in that room. We went BACK to the front desk and asked for a refund. We were told that the front desk person could not provide a refund, that I had to contact management the next day. We left and found another hotel. Upon contacting management we were told that if the “room was that bad, we would expect a refund to have been issued…” and a week later they’re still refusing to provide a refund. In addition, the environment at the hotel and other guests there did not feel clean or safe. I was traveling with my teen daughter and did not feel comfortable staying there with her.

Had to move rooms twice due to cleanliness. We even had a cockroach run across the floor! Absolutely disgusting. And management wouldn't even refund us our money. Despicable case of handling paying customers. We will never be coming back

CHECK THE MATTRESS!!! we got a room, checked the mattress for bugs and instead found what looked like blood stains? like several large spots and it didn’t look cleaned at all or covered at all. the mattress had dirt on it and was just nasty. there was burn holes in the blankets, used gloves in the hallways, the fire alarm went off twice the night we stayed. the staff wasn’t too bad, we had a nice guy help u change rooms after the bloody mattress. overall just horrible experience overall. in the morning when we were leaving there was someone playing a guitar behind the dumpster? never staying at a motel 6 again but if you do, check. the. mattress.

Stay here only if you are desperate for a warm place to sleep. Blankets were dirty and cigarette burned. Showere was absolutely filthy Garbage piled outside rooms and dogs barking at each other room to room One of the doors leading outside was broken and anyone could come inside despite the keycard lock and we had to change rooms because the staff couldnt get any keycards to open the door to our room

The upkeep of the property could be better but I think that the owners are currently working on that. The price is right for the stay. The rooms are comfortable and the linens are clean. Some cleaner than others are. I will stay again. It’s not the Hilton but then again you get what you pay for.

When I pulled up to check in there was a street walker or two hanging Out front trying to get a room or into stay with someone. Looked like they may have been under the influence of drugs

Absolutely not comfort. Do not go there even to save your money. My goodness I cleaned their bathroom it was filthy!!!!!!!! People clean the rooms I wonder what they are CLEANING !!!!!!!!! I got bit by bed bugs never going back just dystopian !!!
Just nasty are they!!!!! Then on top of that do not put your card in the vending machine it will steal your money. I wanted a monster it costed 5.80 and I never got it because the machine was acting up!!!

Wifi service didn't work in my room. There was damage in the bathroom (walls). The heater grill was damaged. It was also very noisy in the room. The shared microwave was in the vending/laundry area and the laundry equipment for guests was out of order. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked.

I stayed there for 1 night. This place is horrible. It smells like cat pee and weed. I went to bed and woke up the next morning with bites! Multiple on my arms, my neck and my chest. I also saw multiple cockroaches. I will NEVER be staying there again.

Staff was very friendly! But it was very unclean the bed spread was stained and room not clean, the door looked as though it had been broken open and was missing the deadbolt. I felt very unsafe I didn’t sleep at all. People also up walking around and noises all night. Just spend the extra money and go somewhere safer/nicer
