The bed and pillows were excellent. The only thing we didn’t like is there was a large spider web with mats in it above the sliding door to the patio.

I would highly recommend the Centennial Hotel in Spokane. It’s along the river walk, across the river from some fantastic parks with walkable shopping and dining options at a reasonable price.

The property was beautiful. Fabulous even, night staff was nice and accommodating to our problem. I booked a Riverview room, which we did not get. Our first room had blood on the exposed part of the mattress, so we were moved to a new room, quite quickly. Since I was sharing a King bed with my son, we put our stuff in the middle. In the morning when I awoke and pulled the covers all the way off to check for belongings, I see two blood stains in the center of the bed!!! Gross, we just slept there! When I tell the staff at checkout, which was immediately, they just say, "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you, you booked through a third party". Have a bloody good time if you stay here

The hotel itself was great. They charged my card times and maxed out my limit. While trying to fix it, they initially told me it was up to me to fix the charges. The next manager did do something to help, but I'm not sure it has worked yet to get the charges off my card

We were looking for a place with the fun pool. It certainly was! The pool was the perfect temperature and has a fun waterfall. We dined at the restaurant on site and it was good and quick. And we played on the suffleboard while we waited for our food. It is a freat location wifht on the river and a nice property that feels very safe. My only dislike was the sliding door for the bathroom and no door on the shower so it feels very exposing.

It was located in a great area. Beautiful hotel only complaint is that they charge per day to park there when you are already a guest.

The dead moths all over the window werent very nice. Also had to fight for parking. Staff just wanted their shif to be over. Random noises in the room..
