First room we had, the refrigerator was in severe need of defrosting. They traded it to a brand new refridge which wasn't anywhere near cold by the next morning! We got moved to another room where the tv & remote had issues. At least we were able to keep food cold. All through this, the staff was par excellent!! Sadie & Scotty, desk clerks and the maintenence man, Jason were superb through all the phone calls/ requests I made to the desk. All staff were friendly & pleasant. The head housekeeper was awesome, but didn't get her name. I was sad that the pool wasn't available. I do plan on booking there for next years graduation.

Pool service was shut down this is our 3rd time we’ve stayed at the same location and it’s always the same thing plus our shower was broken in our room there were other people belongings in the drawer so the room wasn’t cleaned

I really liked the staff. Everyone was so friendly. Unfortunately, the area around this hotel is pretty bad. There is a rehab center across the street, so lots of folks experiencing homelessness and substance misuse issues are around. There’s a lot of trash and broken glass in the surrounding area. I booked this hotel because it is dog friendly, but there was no grass for the dogs to go to the bathroom. A lot of folks hadn’t cleaned up after their dogs too, so there was a lot of poop.

The hotel was good for a weekend stay. Staff was really attentive and did a good job with what they had. The beds were comfortable, the shower had little water pressure and the drawers were dirty (food crumbs that has not been cleaned) but we enjoyed the stay. The pool was closed and the fitness center was closed. Super big bummers but didn't ruin the trip. The Continental breakfast was ok but more choices than sausage to go with eggs would've been nice (bacon, ham).

For starters our bed had hairs when we arrived. Also the pool was closed by the health department for not meeting health standards since April 8th. Carpets were staying and very dirty! The trash can outside caught on fire as we were arriving and the staff run outside to put the fire off so no one was in the reception and had to wait for them to come back in! This place was a mess and will never ever come back

I really want to give a shout out to the amazing staff that work here. This review has nothing to do with them. The hotel is terrible. It’s old, the carpet is dirty, it doesn’t smell great. The towels are hard. There are very few amenities. My favorite part of the entire experience was the fact that the shower-head did not work. I will definitely never ever return to this hotel. They need to upgrade it.
