Great location in terms of proximity to shops and pubs. The room was big very clean and tidy. What wasn't so good was the construction across the road. There was no sleeping in with the noise starting just after 6:00am

Thank you for choosing Quest North Sydney; I was very pleased to see that QNS ticked the boxes & you had a great stay. Unfortunately as with a lot of locations around North Sydney there is a bit of infrastructure into the area. We do though take this into account with all of our allocations & placing guests in as quieter rooms as possible. The construction disruption potentially being the upgrade to the Monte at the end of Miller street. This is scheduled for completion later in the year. We anticipate small to no disruptions however if at all they should be after 7am as this is the permitted work time. As we understand the site is surrounded by residential and there is very strict parameters that the work site has to adhere too. We'd love to welcome you back to QNS & can happily allocate one of our Superior Studios away from the street at the rear of the property. These are some of our largest & quietest apartments in property as you can see from other guest experiences. Hope to see you again,

The room had an excellent view of the blank wall in the adjoining building. Almost no natural light inside the room. The car park is located on a rear street with very poor access to the hotel. No signage from the car park to the hotel. The car Park operator is a third party and this caused delays on each exit.

Hi, Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us. We deeply regret that you didn't enjoy your room. I can see that you booked the lead in Studio which does not advertise a view as we are a CBD property. We recommend booking the Superiors or Executive Studio's as they offer floor to ceiling glass and are flooded with natural light. Our parking is located directly behind the property with direct access onto our property. Upon arrival we send a confirmation text and a leaflet which does highlight the directions to and from the parking. We do thank you again for your feedback and hope to see you again. Warm regards,

This was my first stay at Quest North Sydney and was impressed. The location is good, check in was easy and friendly, the room itself was very clean and everthing worked as required. Even the free internet speed was fast .... unlike what is offered by most hotels! I travel a lot on business and this was a good experience. I'll be back!
