We enjoyed our stay at Ruby River hotel. The place was clean, the room nice with a view of the river. The staff was friendly and even provided us with a ice scraper for our rental car on a frosty morning.

Easy check-in process and the staff were very efficient & courteous. My only negative experience was from the room being a connecting room with the room next door. I arrived late and exhausted or I would have requested a room change. The walls/door were thin and the residents in the connecting room were quite loud and awake very late. I could hear every word they spoke until after 1 AM. As I arrived after 1130pm and I had to be awake at 5am this was quite unfortunate for me obtaining adequate rest.
