Great staff, comfortable bed, clean…. However it is not very noise proof, it was very loud. Not only from being able to hear other guests, but the very near train crossing as well. They do provide you with ear plugs though so they seem to be aware.

New hotel. Front lobby was closed for construction but hotel was nice. Soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers are hard to squeeze for someone with arthritis or weak hands. Lots of good food options nearby.

Got rid of the squeeze bottles in the bathroom. They might be hip for young people but bad for older folks with arthritis. Staff was courteous overall but on checkout I was asked "How was your stay"? When I replied I couldn't sleep due to all the noise, she merely said "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" without asking what noise and time of day occurred. In other word, she just gave me a cookie book answer but wasn't going to find out and maybe lessen the problem for other guests. The entire hotel is geared toward the Millennials and Gen Zer's which is their market, but we will not be going back any time soon.
