I showed up late on short notice, and then realized I screwed up and booked my room for the next day. The staff changed my reservation and got everything fixed without making a big deal out of it. Would use this place again

Front desk guy was great. Room was pretty clean. Shower curtain rod so loose that the curtain would not stay closed. No hot water for a shower. You get what you pay for.

The property is older so don’t expect anything more but the service is great. The breakfast is filling but nothing spectacular. The hotel worked for a short trip to Spokane. The staff I interacted with are very nice and hard working.
