Fantastic place to stay. Close to so many walkable locations. My person who checked me in forgot to give me the parking pass so I had to pay extra for parking when leaving because I didn’t want to go back inside to deal with it since we were on a time crunch. It seems that this property hires people based on their customer service skills. I had nothing but positive interactions with every staff member that I interacted with. To my way of thinking, this is one of the most important aspects of a business model. The Davenport Grand was a last minute reservation and they treated me like they had been awaiting my arrival. Highly recommended!

Our new room was fine except for the fact that the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and we had to call three times to get them refilled and when they tempted to refill the dispensers, they just left the bottles on the counter. Otherwise our stay was fine.
