Clean room although somewhat small. Friendly staff and onsite restaurant was convenient. Excellent location for walking to Rizal Park, shopping and the US Embassy. Good value overall.

Really nice building and the room was nice and big. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Nice to have a desk and chair. The location was close to some attractions like Rizal park, Manila Bay and Intramuros but the area around the property was horrible. Quite overwhelming the number of street people, garbage and aggressive kids. Too bad.
