Location is good; spacious room; very nice swimming pool; service was great & I highly recommend adding the breakfast buffet. My only complain is the housekeeping. We left at 10am (requesting make up room) & when we came back a little after 3pm, the room wasn't make up; first time experiencing this at any hotel. There were two days where dental kit wasn't provided or bath towels were changed. I had to call housekeeping to correct it.

The hotel staffs are very accommodating! We arrived in Manila during Uwan Typhoon and landed in the Philippines at 5:30 in the morning. The manager Noyl did above and beyond to get us a room as soon as possible due to my parents being weak and tired. If we coming back to Manila I would stay here again. Mabuhay at Maraming salamat po.

I was placed in a room with a crawling roach in 6th floor and tried to place me to another room in 6th floor rhar smells urine. I have to pay an upgrade to go to 8th floor Otherwise, the staff are very professional and helpful.
