I had fantastic experience at Heritage Hotel. The service and staff were excellent, friendly, nice and attentive specifically to Chin (housekeeper) and Eva The breakfast buffet offered nice variety of food. From the pickup from the airport to the drop off to the airport. Everything was perfect room service was delicious room comfortable great AC and super hot water. I enjoyed every moment. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided excellent service. The check-in process was efficient, and our luggage was delivered promptly. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient with easy access to transport. Breakfast was adequate, although the buffet selection could be wider. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
