I was placed in a room with a crawling roach in 6th floor and tried to place me to another room in 6th floor rhar smells urine. I have to pay an upgrade to go to 8th floor Otherwise, the staff are very professional and helpful.

THE ROOMS ARE OLD AT HERRITAGE AND NEED REVOVATION. THE STAFF ARE SUPERB ESPECIALLY DANNY AT CONSIGENOR. HE DOES EVERYTHING. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND SERVICE WAS PERFECT AT THE RESTAURANT. THE 2 NING NING GIRLS WITH THEIR CHRISTMAS OUTFITS ON WERE VERY POLITE AND PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE.

I love Heritage and its probably the only hotel I stay in when in transit or for work in Manila. Its in a central location. Rooms are in excellent condition, but at very reasonable rates.

The front desk seem very confident, intelligent and articulate, but they made us wait to check in almost an hour. And then we’re not happy that I was falling asleep in the lobby. I was not happy that they made me hang out for lobby when I wanted a room in the hotel.
