Nice spacious room

Good spacious room with bath tub and big bed. My stay was quiet and comfortable. It’s a classic hotel in the manila area. Close to MOA and the airport which is a big benefit. Staff was friendly inside and outside when arriving.

Very good job of keeping an old classic hotel as a well oiled machine. Runs well, clean, and an attentive staff. Resteraunt does not have high standards of hotel. Not a bad experience but certainly not a great one either. Seems they need a manager to retrain staff and to make customers more welcome.

I upgraded to the club level 8th floor and regretted it. Main reason if im paying for club level the room should be QUIET. Very noisey because of traffic

Customer Service couldn’t help me with my rooms example our check in time was 2pm. Our rooms wasn’t ready until 7pm. The rooms we had didn’t even have any closet cover and vent machine wasn’t working. Our breakfast count was right. Guest service to just count my third party which is Expedia. I don’t recommend this hotel especially if you have a big family. I had 4 rooms for my family and I felt so disappointed.

I like most is the buffet and friendly staff. The thing i dont like is the bathroom rusty fuset, and bath tub .it would be nice if they can upgrade it and also the bedroom carpet. Aircon i observe its dripping into my luggage.

Great and friendly service and good security. Breakfast was decent. Close to MOA. The hotel is a bit old and outdated but it's still nice
