Fairly typical rooms for a holiday inn but the shoulder molding was covered in mold. The AC in our room smelled musty the entire time too. The restaurant was delicious and the staff super friendly and helpful though. Right across the street from the mall where there are TONS of nice dine in or takeout options.

Our room on the 10th floor, number 82 smelled terrible. We checked in late and went out to dinner right away. When we came back, we noticed the gutter like smell inside the room but we were too tired to complain or move to another room. I woke up around 5 am with a headache due of the terrible smell. We were really disappointed, we stayed in other Holiday Inn hotels before and this is the worse. Now we will use Holiday Inn hotels as our last resort because of this experience.

The lobby & exterior looks nice. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated. The mirrors though big have scratches on them & the toilet seat's plastic was peeling off. The complementary breakfast needs improvement, though filling it was not delicious.

Arrived late at night due to huge delays with our flight and luggage delays. Staff at the counter barely attended us, very dismissive. When we tried to extend stay an extra night (because of flight delays) they said to go to the website of the company because “it might be cheaper” and that the room we were staying that night is not available for the next day. Very disorganized lobby… Room was ok for a quick overnight stay however bathroom seemed to not be cleaned properly, the provided amenities (body wash/ shampoo) smelled rather off- like vegetables - were not pleasant to use.
