Booking through Expedia was not a good experience. Upon arrival to the hotel there was a waiting period before a person could take me to the room.

This shouldn’t even be considered a hotel. There was no one to help check in after later hours. After multiple attempts someone showed up and gave room without key. It was such a scary place to be in!! I would not ever suggest anyone staying there!

The room is so-so, but there are some things to keep in mind: - the air-con is super noisy, actually I haven’t ever seen anything like this. No way to sleep without ear plugs. - the bed is not comfortable (very hard) - the cleanness should be better All in all there are better places to stay overnight for a transit with a better value for the same price

The unit is as shown in the pictures...the location is not where shown on the map, a 10 min walk from the skywalk from terminal 3, also near a roundabout which can get noisy, the check in process was a bit much, overall ok but would stay somewhere else in the future.

The property is basic but clean. I did see a roach though. Staff were super nice and helpful. I booked my room on Expedia for the wrong day which was my fault and non refundable but they still took care of me for the day I needed. Thank you

The reception was very welcoming. The room was spacious. The kitchen was operational but the appliances are well used. Open the drawers and you get a musty odor. Not the feeling of a clean crisp accomodation. The bathroom was good but the soap dispenser didn't work. Perhaps with condo hotels it's right but there was nothing to eat or drink except for two bottles of water.
