The family room does not fit a family. We booked a room for two adults and two children (5 and 8). However, the shared bed for the children was, so small that our kids could not fit it. There was no cover/sheet for the small bed when we arrived around 21-22.00. And the quality of the small bed was absolutely appalling bad - you could feel every single spring in the bed.

A very strange experience. We arrived to the lobby of one hotel, only to be met and taken to another hotel. Barely any communication. We also had to give our passports to be photographed, without explanation. The room was basic and had air-con, but the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable and the towels were dirty. Luckily we only spent 8 hours there to sleep and leave as soon as possible.
