The staff were most helpful we came early so they accommodated us even though they were extremely full. Daily breakfast choice was excellent, pool staff were great, and the bellboy staff were helpful on all occasion would recommend this hotel to all.

The toilet was blocked on our arrival The floor was very sticky where no carpet laid The room was booked under the impression it’s the top floor and it’s a room with a view. We viewed on a wall of another building outside and that’s it. We could see into other people’s hotel rooms as they could to ours. The bed I slept in seemed to be not flat. It was almost leaning to one side made for a very uncomfortable sleeping night. We will not use here again we will find a nicer place next time. Walking distant from terminal 3 NAIA which is the only good thing I have found.

The Bath Room Floor Flooded everytime we used shower the floor levels arent correct in the room we had which prevented water draining to all waste drains its obvisouly a problem this room has had since tiles were layed and im shore other guests have complained over the years! Plus no shower curtain which certainly didnt help flooding problem!

One of the nicest hotel I had ever been to.

Firstly, I was amazed by how you make your customers feel Comfortable and safe. And the food was really good. So I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Nice service and very accommodating and friendly staff. I will stay here again the next time I visit.
