Staff were excellent. But, shower water temperature was just warm even after I told the front desk. The breakfast buffet is not that good because very little "breakfast" foods - more like lunch. How can a breakfast buffet not have bacon?

The variety at breakfast. Cleaning staff were great and able to clean our room earlier than expected. Only request is that you provide free shuttle ride to the Mall of Asia and back. Most other hotels provide the free service. Taxi's do charge a different rate and not sure why it vary from taxi to taxi if going the same distance/place.

The check-in was very convenient and fast, it is close to the mall and easy to go to places. I just wish they can provide a free breakfast in the future. All in all it was a great stay and everyone is well rested.

The facilities are poor. The main issue I had was the soundproofing of the rooms from the outside noise. I was in the fourth floor and I could hear people talking on the streets. Let’s just say, I didn’t get a lot of sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
