Staff are all professional, specially Allein of the front desk, Mark of Concierge, and Cyrene of Housekeeping. Exterior of the building is faded after 10 years, but the interior and the people make it a better option than others. Their buffet breakfast is excellent and lots of good choices. Great restaurant personnel too.

I called the property before my travel to let them know that my flight is early coming in. I explained to them that this was my first trip and if it was ok to check in early even if I have to pay a little extra. I was told yes. Arrived and didn’t get accommodated. I waited until the time to check in- room was still dirty.
