Property overall is decent, the staff are well mannered and helpful - hospitable. Typical nature of Filipinos which is what I really enjoy. The hotel does need a bit of an upgrade, I used the gym, and it seemed like the aircon wasnt strong, especially being in such a hot and humid country I was sweating even when it was on.

The property was extremely clean, direct, and the service was amazing. It’s very close to the Manila International Airport, which is very convenient. I booked a standard room but got upgraded to a suite at no charge. It’s a very nice hotel. This is my second time staying at the Golden Phoenix Hotel in Manila. I’m looking forward to staying again.

The property was ok. The room was ok. Only problem I had was drinking juice at breakfast and becoming sick. Hopefully filtered water is used to make the juice next time.
