Best mattress I’ve ever slept on, Housekeeping staff were great. Parking was a bit average, as you weren’t guaranteed a spot outside your room, which made unpacking and packing difficult. Overall it was a great stay

This motel had a nice feel when you drove into the complex. Our room was spacious and clean with a separate area where the 2 single beds were. There was a little bit of noise from other guests, but we all slept well & the beds were comfortable. Undercover parking available for our car also. We arrived after hours, check in was easy via the lockbox and the staff were friendly when we checked out. We would stay here again if ever in Mackay.
