This property was a perfect getaway for a tired mama. It was peaceful and the service was amazing. There was plenty to do on the resort and in the local area. The food was fantastic and the drinks were too. The gym was absolutely incredible - the view, the variety of equipment. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the 10th or so time I’ve stayed at this property over the last 20 years, and I keep coming back for good reason. The ocean is beautiful. The food is the best of any all inclusive I’ve experienced. The staff are lovely and kind. Is it perfect? No. Is it a great deal? Yes. Tips: stay in the towers for the butler service and VIP lounge. Don’t splurge on a plunge pool, it’s small and dark and will cause you to lose a room with a view. Hit the pools early in the day if you like peace and tranquility or in the afternoon if you prefer a party vibe. Work out at the gym. Seriously, it has the best view of the ocean. Avoid any and all mention of timeshares. Things I wish were different: rooms are dated and poor attention to small details like the calking in the bathroom and paint where painter’s tape should have been used. No bathtubs. Afternoons are noisy with unnecessary pool trivia broadcast on loudspeakers that just killed the relaxing vibe. Little luxuries, like a welcome drink or hand towels at checkin are absent. Upcharges for premium meals at the restaurant are exorbitant and unjustified. Things I love: tacos at the pool, friendly service, long walks on a secluded beach at sunset. I’ll be back.

My experience at the PB was fair. I’ve stayed at the property in the past. I was not happy to be charged a foreign transaction fee when I booked a tee time for golf. The curtain rod was broken in our room and the sun was flaring in our face each morning. Please consider issuing a partial refund for the inconveniences. Also, it was very awkward when my travel guest would order off the AI menu. Please consider making a separate upgrade menu. It was confusing to know what was included and not included. Thanks.

We really enjoyed this property, it was stunning. We were able to easily shuttle to the sister property for a beach day. The food was good as were the drinks. Not very many healthy food options but a few salads. Our only complaint is that you are constantly being asked by staff to tip them despite it being all inclusive. Gratuity is supposed to be included and in some situations we were happy to. A staff member went above and beyond to bring me a hat I left at the pool and our driver was excellent and such but it was constant and got somewhat uncomfortable to be asked by every single staff member.

My wife and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. Even tho I dislocated my knee during our visit, the staff made sure that I was taken care of and helped me out tremendously. We will be coming back and hopefully next time I can fully enjoy what this resort has to offer.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pueblo bonito pacifica . From the food, the easy access to shuttles to the kind and friendliness of the staff . Everyone I came across was very polite and kind . I wanted to stay at a resort that had amazing drinks and food , and this was it. Even the food at the aquabar was amazing and I have no complains for this stay . I will definitely be coming back.

Overall great stay. We had a pipe break between the wall and some of the food was just ok but overall great resort and I recommend it if you are looking for somewhere chill and romantic. Rooms aren't that great but still a good value for the price

Our stay was ok, though I was unpleasantly surprised on my first attempt to order a drink that Aperol Spritz is not included in the “All inclusive”. I understand top shelf liquor, but Aperol is a mixer, and it is not even expensive. This should be disclosed somewhere not on the paper that you receive when you show up stating the list of things that are part of the plan. I had to pay $17 for one! Also, there’s no option to get into the ocean. Clearly, I understand why, super rough waters, but it should say somewhere that is a pool only resort. Also, it is misleading that you say the resort includes airport shuttle. It is not a direct shuttle as it stops at the sister properties, and in addition to that I paid for round trip which I could not use because the first shuttle leaves at 8:50, which will make me late for my flight. It is limited, restricted and not helpful at all! The concierge lady was not helpful and said I had to pay $90 on top of $120, I already paid. Truth is the property is beautiful, the staff (minus the concierge lady) was very nice and helpful; however I would not visit this resort again.
