Property was great but beach was no good. Beach itself was clean but high surf and tides made it impossible to enjoy. Overall, property with food choices with its sister resorts was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Market, Bistro, La Nao, Peninsula and Siampre were our favorites to dine at. Taxi’s to Main dock were $17 each way so do recommend to do sunset cruise with or without dinner. Airport is around 1 hour from the resort (some construction on the way). Weather was beautiful but terrain is all sandy and very little grass. Loved the resort though. For couples, please stay at Pacifica ONLY.

The first day was slightly overwhelming to get use to how this resort was set up. This resort is really meant to relax, the food in siempre was delicious for breakfast and lunch. Penninsula for dinner was amazing. We reserved a dinner at the steakhout at the golf course, (which you have to shuttle to, but its easy) which was the best meal I had during my whole stay there. Sunset resort (which you need to shuttle to) is the family friendly side. Here is a food court with tons of food selections, with some may need additional charges not covered in all inclusive that are clearly marked so you wont feel scammed. We were able to reserve some time to go downtown to their other resort Rose, which was not worth anything unless you do want to walk downtown. The Rose is about 15 min power walk to the downtown mainstreet to do some local shopping. Only issue I would say if you're staying late at sunset resort after 10pm, they have no reliable bellhop in that station to contact to have shuttle bring you back to pacifica. My wife went and I stayed, I had to call guest services to arrange shuttle service for my wife and 8 other people who waited 20 min and no shuttle service after 10pm. Other than that, I recommend this resort and what it offers for the all inclusive

This property was a perfect getaway for a tired mama. It was peaceful and the service was amazing. There was plenty to do on the resort and in the local area. The food was fantastic and the drinks were too. The gym was absolutely incredible - the view, the variety of equipment. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the 10th or so time I’ve stayed at this property over the last 20 years, and I keep coming back for good reason. The ocean is beautiful. The food is the best of any all inclusive I’ve experienced. The staff are lovely and kind. Is it perfect? No. Is it a great deal? Yes. Tips: stay in the towers for the butler service and VIP lounge. Don’t splurge on a plunge pool, it’s small and dark and will cause you to lose a room with a view. Hit the pools early in the day if you like peace and tranquility or in the afternoon if you prefer a party vibe. Work out at the gym. Seriously, it has the best view of the ocean. Avoid any and all mention of timeshares. Things I wish were different: rooms are dated and poor attention to small details like the calking in the bathroom and paint where painter’s tape should have been used. No bathtubs. Afternoons are noisy with unnecessary pool trivia broadcast on loudspeakers that just killed the relaxing vibe. Little luxuries, like a welcome drink or hand towels at checkin are absent. Upcharges for premium meals at the restaurant are exorbitant and unjustified. Things I love: tacos at the pool, friendly service, long walks on a secluded beach at sunset. I’ll be back.

We visited for our 49th wedding anniversary. The resort and the staff made it trip to cherish for ever. This is truly one of the best anniversary trips that we had. Thanks to the staff at the resort for such wonderful service. Will definitely visit again.

My experience at the PB was fair. I’ve stayed at the property in the past. I was not happy to be charged a foreign transaction fee when I booked a tee time for golf. The curtain rod was broken in our room and the sun was flaring in our face each morning. Please consider issuing a partial refund for the inconveniences. Also, it was very awkward when my travel guest would order off the AI menu. Please consider making a separate upgrade menu. It was confusing to know what was included and not included. Thanks.
