Loud noise woke us at 4:00am unable to rest :(
at 4:00am a loud noise woke us, we were not able to rest at all, the next day we were restless, very tired, and sleepy. I have a video recording of the noise to show the managers. I reported it to the front desk and offered them to listen to the video but the two people attending the front desk were not interested. One of them said he could only discount the Valet parking which I feel is like a slap on the face. I am terribly disappointed :(

Huge room with view of Hollywood sign in the distance. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Very clean. Great location for Clippers game. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative- expensive parking $70/night.
