I had a lovely time. The only thing that made it not so great was the limited elevators. Two of the 4 elevators were down which made moving about hard. We took the stairs down but got glared at by hotel staff because it was an emergency exit and they were doing construction. More information could have been provided about the lift situation and how we could mitigate that.

Room was absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping staff was so kind and pleasant! JC at the restaurant was so attentive and kind. Front staff were friendly and efficient. Was unfortunate that they were down 1/2 the elevators. That was my only negative experience. The hotel did let us know in writing

The view from the room was amazing. The cleanliness of the room was only ok. 2 elevators were broken. Check in and check out was an extremely lengthy process. Counter staff were not particularly friendly, but they were not impolite. Car valet staff was very friendly.

Pleasant & Enjoyable stay at this premium hotel. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the spacious and clean rooms. The lifts were very busy mid morning and were struggling to cope with demand.

Room service food was EXCELLENT. Fish and chips and a prawn cocktail, both stellar, hot, and delicious. Fish batter some of the best I have ever had!

Fantastic views, the rest was not pleasant. Very long wait times for elevators as half the elevators were out. I was not aware this was the go to place for pre boarding cruises. Extremely busy area. Staff were pleasant but the condition was old and flies were quite visible in the only restaurant on site.

Great place, but in order to get in and out of my room, I had to wait up to 1/2 hour due to 2 of the 4 elevators not working

The elevators to hotel rooms were not operating for long periods. The ice machine on 17th floor needs maintenance and repair. It was not functioning at all. Staff were very good in service delivery including bell hops and valets.

Great view of the water and the mountains. Hot tub and heated pool. Welcoming staff. Walkable location for exploring, close to many things. Very comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again!
