Great location just a bit of road noise if in front rooms but they provided complimentary ear plugs, they weren’t required but nice to know they were available.

Accomadation very comfortable and warm , able to book for bistro great Tassie wine and food . The rooms were clean with plenty of pillows and blankets . Supplied with earplugs for any traffic noise and informed that Tassie water ok to drink from the tap . Parking was difficult need more spaces available . Staff at reception were very welcoming and efficient .

My room is clean and tidy, well stocked with things i need. Staff are nice and will go out of their way to offer help when i need it. Breakfast has fresh food and beautiful fruit to put on my yoghurt.

Accommodation was for work purposes and paid up front. My colleague arrived but wasn't able to access his room because he didn't have a credit card. Mercure must have a large fraud profile, if they thought my colleague was going to rob them. We were tired and only after several phone calls to me, while I was driving, did the staff member let him have his room key.
