Unfortunately our stay ended very quickly. Noisy n loud all night. We found you heard all the traffic. A conversation at ground level We felt they were in the room. Early morning we found a window next you our bed was slightly open, due to it being stolen n couldn’t be closed. Otherwise a lovely dinner n drinks was great. Service lovely.

Nothing unique about hotel ,however the food in bistro was very good staff were very friendly & good at there job, The air vent in bathroom had not been cleaned for a long time !! As with a lot of accommodation places Management do not give staff sufficient time to do their job

Great staff reception looked after me with a great room next to lift, as I use a walking stick. Bar and food lovely too, great to see as it was packed. Well done!

I liked that there was parking. It wasn't however super accessible, if you cannot hill start in a manual you may struggle. And does pay to get there early so you are not dragging your belongings up or down hill. The accommodation was pleasant and very clean. We were disappointed with the service. When we arrived covered the very basic can we help you it was very much a "here's the a covid form fill it out" and a" enjoy your stay." We decided to use the hotel restaurant for breakfast on checkout day. We waited almost 10 minutes at the door to be seated without being acknowledged. A quick," sorry we are busy I'll be with you in a moment" even by the staff member that walked passed to talk to the guests behind us but the communication with them also left them confused. Upon eventually being seated we were shown a table and 20 minutes later without even an acknowledgement by staff we still had not even been given water or asked for a drink order. We decided to leave when people seated after us were served before us. I'm an understanding person, my friend has previously worked in hospitality however the guest experience was not a pleasant one. It doesn't take alot to turn around an experience by acknowledging your guests.
