It was close to the city, plus the staff were super great and helpful. The only setback was that facilities were outdated and could be improved; renovations were ongoing so hopefully next visit would be much better. Overall, Hotel Launceston made our Tasmania stay a great and welcoming one.

The bed was comfortable. There was loud construction during the day. The plumbing was really loud when residents in the building used the shower. The room service was extremely expensive. There was not enough toiletries provided for two people for 5 days.
