Very friendly staff and great location. In need of a bit of upgrading as some parts are looking a bit tired and run down. A bit noisy on this occasion, but no fault of the hotel, just noisy guests talking in the corridor at midnight and running around.

It’s easy access to the city of Launceston. You can walk and leave your car in the carpark. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We we looked after and appreciated it.

We paid for the buffet breakfast which was 35 dollars each there were 2 of us there was not a alot of selection compared to others we have been to before we wanted a real coffee not instant or perculated. We had to pay for a cup of real coffee which was $7 dollars Put it up to $42 dollars each $84 dollars for 2 people to have breakfast outrageous We have stayed at plenty of hotels and always had the 1st coffee free with buffet breakfast . Then pay 10 dollars for car parking we had a expensive room never again

Be very very careful when disembarking from transport outside the Hotel front doors and handling suitcases/baggage A narrow path inclined towards the drop-off area of the entrance/exit driveway. This provides little space to maneuver bags (of particular relevance when you must go inside the foyer to find a luggage trolley) Risk of fall or uncontrolled rolling baggage. Particularly unsafe for elderly, infirm or mobility-impaired.

Staff were nice, but room needs a revamp and bathroom needs a good clean. Mold all over the bathroom and shower curtain looks 20yrs old, fixtures were well worn. The view out my window was a rusted roof and some kind of vents. Glad I was only there to sleep and my stay wasn't intended as a relaxing getaway. The first night had a strange rattling sound, when I called to complain about it the staff were good about it and promised it would stop by 9pm, which it did, thank goodness. Apparently it was something to do with the laundry room being near mine.
