Overall we had excellent experience in this hotel. Satff very friendly which is above average in Launceston hotels courtesy. It was clean . They provided nice and clean cot for baby

Check in was quick and easy. The room was large enough to sit and relax, before going to bed. The bathroom, although a little dated, was adequate for our needs. The bed was so comfy.

The parking was not sufficient for guests. Poor access for guests seeking a space in limited parking area. Difficult to move in carpark and numerous guests trying to navigate atea safely. We parked external to property yet was initially charged a parking fee with room fee before removing it after a discussion.

The only thing that I can think to mention is the shower water pressure it could have been a bit stronger. I also realise that that is not an easy fix. I was extremely happy overall.
