The staff was lovely and helpful, clean and comfortable room, steep driveway with limited parking, but well maintained, and centrally located within walking distance to many bars, pubs, restaurants, and directly opposite the aquatic center. This place, the Coach House, was a home-away-from-home and comfortable place to be "home base" while on holidays. It will be our #1 pick for each Tassie trip.

The property is very worn and in need of some attention. The walls were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there’s no kitchen sink which made it difficult to wash up. It was also quite loud at night, and the steep car park made parking a bit of a challenge. It was fine for a quick one-night stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
