I have stayed here before and have always found the staff courteous and friendly. The motel is next door to the Princess Theatre which is very convenient if you are attending a show

Bathroom was an accessible bathroom, no problem as such, but it was prehistoric! Soooo dated, stainless steel shower with a rusty fold out seat on the wall. Floor appeared to have been lowered so toilet was way too high off the floor. Door to room had massive gap which provided no isolation for noise and heat from hallway

Best Western Plus in Launceston was not a bad stay. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room was relatively spacious and clean. Although we didn't require it, the room was made up each day which was a pleasant surprise. Be mindful, that our room did not have a separate shower (bath/shower combination) so if you have mobility issues, then you'll need to speak with the hotel. Why not 5 stars then? We found the hotel very noisy from within. Paper thin walls with loud talking and tvs from our noisy neighbours prevalent before 6am and then the banging doors. I know you can get this at some other hotels, it just seemed more obvious than many hotels we've stayed at previously. It is in a very convenient location and the price was reasonable.

Beautiful hotel in the CBD, walking distance to theatres, parks museums and shops. Very clean with friendly staff. Parking can be tricky. The buffet breakfast was pretty ordinary and will go à la carte next time. The tram bar was quite nice.

What's not to like. Position, position, position. Right in the thick of things. Clean and comfortable room.Wonderful staff. IRestaurant is fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel.
