Very disappointed with this property. Poorly maintained- chipped paint throughout, and the doors were horribly dirty with dark, gummy filth. I do not recommend this place.

The gaps under and around the room doors allowed alot of noise through and the rude receptionist explained to me how to unlock a door with a key and then had me do it infront of him. He also came into my room and stayed way too long.

An excellent and central place to stay in Launceston at a great price point. Possibly the most comfortable bed we'd ever experienced in a hotel and helpful staff who were at arms length until needed. Good parking, nice view over the city, a lift, and good heating all added to our winter visit.

Comfy & Quiet

Was once a convent or some such I believe. Well fitted out to a boutique type hotel. Very comfy rooms, quiet location. More than happy to stay again.
