Fully renovated and convertible garage into a cozy and comfortable studio. For 2 people in a queen bed although a 3rd person might sleep on the couch (not as confortable, since couch is cute for seating mainly) or a third person can sleep in an inflatable twin matress. Also, guests have a separate and private entrance to the place with self check in. Our place It’s 20min to the strip and 10min to the Speedway. Shopping centers and restaurants are pretty close by as well. It has a full bath, a kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things to cook your food. Access fo WIFI, and a Smart TV with Prime, Disney, Netflix and other free channels. We like to respect your privacy, but If you need further assistance, we are a message away.

The space was exactly as described. Perfect size for two people, bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. Easy parking and easy access to 15 freeway. Close to Fremont and the Strip. Marisela was very responsive to a few questions we had. Overall, would totally recommend.

Overall a pretty nice place for a very short stay. Location of bed under heating/air conditioner uncomfortable for sleeping. The unit was either too cold or heat came on. Bathroom very small with no place to put toiletries.

Not as I thought it would be.

This may be my misunderstanding, but I used the VRBO app because I thought the listings we're more private. This listing is aconverted garage with a seperate entrance and the owners livie in the main house. There is a door in the rental that goes to the family's laundry room and I could hear them doing laundry which didn't feel private. They could hear me too if they wanted to which felt very uncomfortable. DoorDash kept delivering my meals to their front door despite my instructions and the owners returned home as I was walking with my food back to my place. They did not say hi or introduce themselves and appeaed alarmed. They Anxiously told me I couldn't be there. I explained that I was getting my food and they didn't say another word. I would not stay there again. I would not stay there again.

Perfect little place for family

I stayed here with my husband and son. The set up the place was great - large TV was in line with bed and couch. We were all able to watch a movie together. The kitchen was set up nicely, with all the perks of a rental -plates, silverware, coffee, fridge (only had a hot plate, but the kettle was enough for us to make ramen).The sofa bed was low for me, but both my husband and teen fell asleep on it without any issues! I'd give it a 9.9 out of 10 because the toilet was interestingly low (but not terrible). We loved it and plan to stay if it's available next time we are in town - Highly recommend!
