Great service, but smelly room!
The service including the shuttle drivers were outstanding as I had special needs with a dog and a crate and a last minute reservation. They even stayed on the phone to navigate to the shuttle driver!! However, the room smelled strongly of human urine, I immediately requested another room which they gave me but it still smelled although not as bad. I told them that I was also concerned that they would blame my pet for this... they did not charge me the pet fee $25 (note: all other Vegas hotels charge $50 and I like La Quintas for this reason. I will chock up this experience as a "only in Vegas thing". And I will be staying at La Quintas in the future.
