Aunque el hotel dice que es smoke free, todo huele a cigarrillo. Solo me quede por varias horas y desde que entre a la habitacion y vi las condiciones pedi que me cambiaran de cuarto y el muchacho de recepcion me dijo que no era posible. Las sabanas de las dos camas estaban manchadas, las paredes sucias. Las toallas tenian unas manchas que parecian gotas de sangre. Me comunique con hotels para darle las quejas y me dijeron que solo podia dejarles una reseña. Entiendo que lo pueden hacer mejor, ya que estamos pagando por un servicio.

The overall experience was good. The front desk representatives were awesome and friendly. The appearance and expectations of the place, however, was underwhelming. The room was not what was pictured it be. My side of the bed didn't have a night stand, the lighten was bad, thought there was a couch and wasn't, the shower was terrible looking, and breakfast wasn't as great. It looks like the hotel has been ran through.

Booked this hotel when I was driving to the property. When I arrived there was a former inmate walking around outside in his jumpsuit. When I went into the lobby he walked in after me. My wife was waiting in the vehicle with our daughter and did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel. We tried to cancel but because we were within the 24 hr window the manager told me we could not get our money back. I told her about the situation and she said it’s not unsafe here and he must have just needed to use the bathroom. Didn’t get our money back and we went to a much nicer place for what would have only been $40 a night more. I will never recommend this hotel or this area of town to anyone. Very sketchy area.
