Can’t beat the location of hotel on the strip (at minimal price, too); amazing food and beverage choices right in front of hotel open to late hours (amazing Istanbul Doner, and best Chicago deep dish pizza Giordano’s, Dave’s hot chicken, and many other really good options including Taco and Asian fair); quick and easy to get from parking to room (only downside escalator was out of order); self check in machine was actually easy and quick to use; room was clean; coffee at downstairs coffee/pastry bar was best out of all coffees around (including Starbucks, Dunkin, and the fancy cafe/pastry bar in Paris); plentiful elevators to go to room so no waiting and easy/quick to get upstairs; all in all amazing value!

The room was great and beds really comfortable. The staff was wonderful and we would love to stay again next year. The only complaint we have is that the up escalators and elevators were broken the whole time and I’m handicapped and my daughter has a young child in a stroller and it took forever and almost impossible to go out of the parking garage when we needed to. I wish you could somehow comp us for that by possibly giving us a discount in the future to stay with your facility again Thank you
