Horseshoe is central to everything . Absolutely fantastic. . We had a beautiful view of the sphere from our room but unfortunately it can at a cost . The noise from the street from people and sirens all night long made it hard to sleep at night . Besides that it was worth the money we paid .

Overall it was "okay" we paid for a strip view didnt get it! Walking in to casinos/hotel smelled like cheap cologne trying to mask the smell of cigarettes!! Btw you can obviously smoke cigarettes in this hotel. Saw plenty of people lighting up. Room was okay. Bed was fine, hot water was good.mini fridge didnt get drink very cold. No coffee pot. There was a lounge on floor 15 just couch and chairs. Ice machine, and soda machine to make purchases. Good location. Kinda loud street noise on a Saturday night.

The lady at the check in was not happy to be at work and it showed. The “black out” drapes were horrible the room was so bright. We got charged an early ck in fee for getting here 1 hour before check in. The hotel is old with a small facelift and not worth the money.

We asked for 2 extra pillows at the beginning of our stay. No pillows at all even when I asked 2 times. Also when we tried to exit the parking lot,the key would not work a few times. Our last day there trying to get out of the lot again our key would not work again. Pressed the help button with no one answering. Lucky I found a ticket on top of the machine. I used it and had to pay $25. That was very bad since it was rush hour of people leaving in the morning. Others were having issues also. I'm going to persue to get my $25 refunded since I already had pay through my room stay. Please kindly refund my card $25 and have a human out there at morning check out or fix this parking issue with your machines. I will be second guessing myself on my next trip with Caesars if nothing is done to fix the issue and refund. Thanks Rick.

I arrived at 3 PM. They told me check-in was at 4 PM but if I wanted to check in, I need to pay 20 extra dollars and I stayed there two days and a valet. My car cost me $80. What’s going on with these charges this is ridiculous. I’ve never in my life. Had an experience at any other hotel in Las Vegas like this
