The place is run down, very old Carpet, ripped paper wall in bathroom. I was encouraged to take a more Expensive than what I booed as I needed a king bed. The staff is not friendly, not customer oriented. She promised to Give me bottle of water than stated I don’t qualify Supervisor is not better. The shower leaks all over the bathroom. Difficult to operate TV. Also, air conditioning can’t be made colder but hot as it is set for certain temperature. Value to price is poor. Parking is not operated by hotel. Therefore, always problem getting in and out. The place has a new name but noting newer inside it

I really like staying here, staff are nice and it’s in a good central location. I was disappointed to see they wouldn’t let me check into my room before 4pm without charging me $40…Instead they make people wait and lineup at 4pm. Normally with my stays if I show up an hour or 2 before normal check in if the room is clean and ready they let you check in no charge, but it seems that has changed. That was a let down after traveling 11 hours to Vegas. Outside of that the Horseshoe is a good place to stay.
