We had to pay $35 for an early check in before 4PM. We had to pay an additional fee for the floor we requested to be on with other family members - 14th - which offered no special amenities. We had to pay a daily resort fee for what I do not know as the pool was not open. The hotel was really very nice but when I asked about printing a boarding pass, I was asked if I was a diamond or platinum member and when I said no, I was told to go downstairs to the business center. Las Vegas is not what I remembered, and everything is extraordinarily expensive! Food and beverages outrageous! A cup of plain black coffee for $7? A single English muffin was $8. You have to be wealthy or on an expense account as they are clearly not going after the family vacationer or fun vacation crowd but only those on an expense account or high rollers.

1- Online check-in did not work I was told to use self check in machine and I found out my CC charged twice (beware resort's fee and security deposits) 2- Front desk is not helpful 3- I have to wait hours and hours in the line for 2 days, it took 10 sec to release the hold for 2nd charge 4- Housekeeping is not for every day, and they are supper busy with limited staff and working hours we paid for resorts fee 5- I called housekeeping line and I waited hours and hours after long day to get clean towels

The service at the front desk was terrible. We waited in line for almost two hours, and there were only two people attending to more than 50 people waiting to check in during the busy holiday season. The staff had a terrible attitude. If they don't like their job, they shouldn't be working there. I traveled with a group of friends, and we were all very upset by the wait and the poor service.

The check in machine wasn’t working so I had to stand in a long line with only two employees. Got to the room and the room wasn’t clean. There were a couple of dog left in a room close by they barked & hollowed for about four hours in the middle of the night. You could not pay me to stay there if it was the last hotel in Vegas. How dare you people charge a resort fee!!! The worst night I have ever had in a hotel.
