Horseshoe is central to everything . Absolutely fantastic. . We had a beautiful view of the sphere from our room but unfortunately it can at a cost . The noise from the street from people and sirens all night long made it hard to sleep at night . Besides that it was worth the money we paid .

The Horseshoe asked us at check-in if we wanted house keeping everyday or if we wanted to just let them know when we needed house keeping on a day to day basis. We didn’t find it necessary for them to clean the room every day so we opted to just let them know when we needed them. We only asked to house keeping on 1 day of our stay and spoke to 2 different people and they never showed up. It originally sounded like a good idea for both us and the house keeping but found out that was not the case. I’ve also reached out about a bill I received after my visit and it has been over a week with no response

Booked the room on line and the pictures didn’t represent the room we got. We ended up paying to check in early because we had to drop our bags and go make a show we had booked. That evening when we returned we noticed that the room was in rough shape. Dirty walls with hand prints and carpets that needed replacing or at least a good cleaning. We took a deep breath and thought it was only for 2 nights. That ended when I got in the shower and found hair still inside. I went to the front desk and the only thing they offered was to credit back the resort fee and send someone to clean the room. They couldn’t get house keeping to the room until after 11:00 o’clock at night. I would never recommend the Horseshoe to anyone.

People were smoking weed in the halls of the non smoking rooms. We got double charged for parking, once at check out then we had to pay again at the booth leaving the parking structure. The cologne spray they have in the halls and elevator area was really strong.
