Was waiting for my house to be ready. We stayed there for that. They lost my drivers license. And took them a while to find it because I had to give it to them to get a cart for my luggage. But everything else was really good.

Arizona Charlie’s casino and hotel Boulder

I love the employees that work there. Everyone was nice and hospitable. My shower didn’t have hot water. At its best Luke warm water. There was no iron or ironing board, no clock and everything seemed very run down. Almost felt like the rate was too high for what you get. No blanket, just sheets . Unfortunately I have to rate the hotel a low 2 and staff a 5 star .

Went for walk all three mornings to Sahara via Boulder HWY Sunday while dark 6am notice no illuminated street lights all the way to Boulder Station casino.

Bed didn’t have mattress pad cover, and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Dirty carpet in room. Shower not clean. Found items left behind by previous guests. Phone in room didn’t work. I would have given the overall review no stars; however, the manager of housekeeping got us moved to another room that was recently refurbished and our second night stay was better. It is an older property and they are trying to make improvements slowly. The housekeeping manager also checked in with us to see how we were doing. She did what she could to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Just keep in mind it’s an older property, and you get what you pay for.

I was hiking for a great stay. But the facilities and rooms are horrible. The toliet ran, the shower although pressure was great it took me 5 mins to find a good temp margin for error from scolding got to freezing cold was minimal. Half of the lights didn't work, our sink had a slow drain, the vent was pulled off the wall, remotes didn't work and we literally only got a sheet on the bed. This property is in deserate need of TLC as it looks as though it's been forgotten about. The only positive was the casino and staff were very nice.

We booked 2 Deluxe Suites that look very different from the photos. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but they had the strongest smell of cigarette smoke. We booked for 3 nights but due to the strong smell we began having a headache and decided to leave. As of now the property manager has refused to approve a refund even though we didn’t get what paid for. Truly disappointing that Expedia is working with a hotel with such low standards for housekeeping and maintenance. The carpet had stains, the curtains didn’t close fully and we were on the first floor so that was also a safety concern, the lamp shade also had dirty stains and the bathtub had hair. We thought booking the Deluxe Suites wouldn’t be so bad compared to the standard rooms but we were definitely wrong. Don’t give this hotel your business until they step up their housekeeping.
