Average stay for Banyan Tree hotel

check in was slightly slow. The layout of the hotel was confusing as car drop off was at a different floor to check in reception, and there was no one at the L1M counter to assist where to go. Check in itself was slow, however check out was simple and fast. hotel breakfast spread was disappointing and quality of food was less than what i expected from banyan tree compared to my stay at other countries. there was also no service staff early in the morning at breakfast (6.30am) to order coffee. The room itself was acceptable and very clean.

Great location connected to Pavillion Shopping Mall with a plethora of dining and shopping options. Also within walking distance to the MRT Bukit Bintang station, where the Kajang Line provides useful connections to suburban malls like One Utama Mall and the KL Monorail station for a direct connection to KL Sentral. Wifi is stable and ultra fast - no problems supporting video streaming and video conference. Breakfast options were plentiful and interesting, but the executive lounge options were less exciting. Overall highly recommend the hotel for its convenient location and wonderful service and facilities, but wish they would improve on the range of dining options provided in the executive lounge!

Lovely hotel and in middle of busy district, near station and great location. Only thing I can say as slight negative, the hotel rooms made our clothes damp, not sure if air con isn’t set properly, we had 2 rooms and we both had same issue. Staff are lovely and I caught fault anything else, it was great stay.

Wonderful Birthday Stay! Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!
