Property was clean & neat around the pool. Our room was wonderful. Comfortable beds & modern bathroom. I really liked the Keurig & coffee in our room. The welcome gift was a nice touch :) Great to have a shuttle to get us close to Duvall Street. Would definitely stay there again.

This is basically a motel that has been renovated to look high end in pictures. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, this resort is on a busy road and the rooms are small with no windows except the one that looks out onto the hallway. Way overpriced for what you get. Spend the extra money and stay at a real resort.

This property is gorgeous! It is far from downtown but the shuttle runs all day! 5 dollars a person round trip and you get a complimentary drink with shuttle ticket! The pool is perfect! The room was so cute! I can’t wait to go back

Roosters ? No thanks

Roosters squawking at 5 in morning and lots of road noise even ears plugs left for use didn’t help Nice place nice service and people but ask for room away from road and if your light sleeper go elsewhere

Beautiful room, great staff, hotel very clean. Would have been nice if the 2nd elevator was working. Breakfast at Coconuts was very good.

We enjoyed our stay at 24°North, very nice views, we loved the theme in our room, The grounds and pool areas are really nice and well kept. Enjoyed our golf cart rental too, really made it easy to get around old town area. We highly reccomend the sunset Dinner cruise too .
