We got a free shuttle bus from the airport, were greeted with a warm welcome. Our luggage was taken our room, smooth check in, friendly, helpful staff. There is a great convenient shop with everything you need. Very helpful staff. Food was nice and reasonably priced. We needed to organise transport to the cruise terminal the next day and the guest liaison manager was fantastic and gave us a list of options and organised a car for us.

Close to airport and the hotel itself has everything you need from a 24 hr convent store to a restaurant and cafe. Totally cute and traditional, staff was super nice and amenities were great.

The rooms are very small and old. Not like the picture at all. Room for bed only. The air system is old but you can also open the window. Allows for fresh air but very loud. I would try another property if I needed to stay overnight at the airport again.

Enjoyed our stay

We appreciated the airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Hotel check in and out was very quick, breakfast was good as was the top story lounge. We appreciated the spacious room after the smaller rooms in most cities we stayed! Only suggestion I would make would be to update the bathrooms- they were very clean but dated. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect night of welcoming

Wonderful to find this quiet hotel so close to airport, being awake for almost 24 hours is challenging. Greeted with free shuttle to hotel and amazing staff we were having a shower. Minutes later we were on the top floor enjoying a beverage and snack. The interior was dated but so well take care we need care. May plan a longer stay here.

Very good hotel.

The hotel is a bit tired but still clean. The price was great. The shuttle service was amazing both to and from the airport and to the station and the mall. I would stay there again.

Our first trip to Japan and pleasantly surprised to have stayed here. Beautiful and very clean. Staff was excellent with all of our needs. Rooms were large and very clean. Free shuttle bus was large,clean and the driver helped with my husbands wheelchair as well as our luggage. Would definitely stay again.

Dated but worth it

Our rooms were a bit dated, but reasonably priced. Service was exceptional at every interaction. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic - wonderful selection, fresh and delicious. A walk in the outside garden gave us our first taste of the beauty of Japan.
