There were renovations in progress close to our room, causing it to be very noisy. On our arrival, we found it way too noisy. We were moved to a more quiet side of the hotel. Staff very accommodating without an6 hassles.

The room is too cold even after I turned off the AC. My skin got itchy after I spent several hours in the room. Not sure if it's because the air is too dry or because there are bugs in the room as the room is old. I have never had this itchy experience in other hotels, so this is a red flag for me. Location is great, just next to the exit of MTR.

Really friendly reception person. Room was clean and had all we needed. Excellent buffet breakfast with great selection and nice area to eat in with great outdoor light. Really friendly staff. Unfortunately pool is closed, temporary gym set up in a room was helpful.
