The location is great! Although it is situated in one of the busiest areas in HK island, we really enjoyed the quietness while staying at the hotel. The facilities are a bit dated although they are all practical.

Dirty , smelly , holes in towels, noisy building work , cleaner noisy outside room every morning . Not 4 star but cheap and Staff friendly , great location.

We forgot to check the wardrobe when we checked out and put my coat in there. I called the hotel three hours later and they told me they didn't have my coat. It was the only coat I had in Hong Kong. I was very doubtful about their loyalty and very disappointed.
