You can't really complain about the location. It is right in the center of Central in Hong Kong. Very close to the NTR station, and conveniently located near all the bars and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The building is a bit old, but the room is very clean. The washroom is newly renovated. Staff is super nice. I was originally going to stay for 4 nights but there was a typhoon coming. So I had to change the reservation to only 1 night. The staff was very accomodating and let me cancel the rest 3 nights for free Overall, I would stay at this hotel everytime in Hong Kong

Everyone at reception was so nice!! I can't get over how polite, helpful and understanding they were. They helped us navigate the city, chatted with us daily and made sure we had everything we needed. The facility itself is nice but the staff makes it over the top!

Rather spacious room. Twin beds are comfortable enough. Hotel near the Hong Kong central location, and there are many restaurants, bars near by. The long escalator is also about 5 minutes walk. A good hotel, especially for easy connection to the airport.

The staff are super nice, we left phone on uber car and they spent hour helping us trying to reach the driver. Shawn and John Ami are awesome. Location is great, walking distance to every where, we booked a large room for 4 people and it’s very spacious. Highly recommend!
