My room had a very firm bed and an excellent shower.
I experienced several problems during my stay, and I had to move to a new room, but the hotel staff were very responsive and the issues were dealt with promptly. The sink plug in the first room got stuck in the closed position on the second day, and the staff were unable to fix it, so I had to move to a new room for the second night. The curtains in both rooms would not close properly - in the first room I managed to adjust them, but in the second room one curtain was not quite wide enough to cover the window and the staff had to pin them shut with several "butterfly" clips that they use to decorate the pillows. There is no heating in the hotel - the staff had to supply a portable heater when I moved to the second room, because the aircon had been set at 20 degrees all day long, and there was no way it would get any warmer in the evening without heating. The internet was very slow and glitchy - my laptop could not connect to the WiFi in the first room on the 7th floor - I suspect some fault with part of the mesh on that floor, because it connected with no problem in the second room on the 3rd floor. The safe in the room is only large enough to hold up a 12 inch laptop/tablet. I chose this hotel because it is close to the Hong Kong MTR station, but it is a bit of a hike through the pedestrian walkways and it took me a few attempts to find the correct route even with help from Google Maps.
