Beautiful, new hotel with 5 star amenities. Very clean, comfortable bedding, blackout blinds, very large bath, fabulous pool and kid play area - very good hotel. Only downside was the dining options are exceptionally expensive and there is not much around the immediate area - but you can catch the train 1 stop away for plenty of options.

Great hotel, a bit far from city center, but clean and spacious room. Check in line and buffet line can be a bit long at time. Pool floor can be more user friendly, there are some spot that can be painful if walk on barefoot.

My experience staying at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel was fine. I arrived at the hotel around 3pm to check in but there was a long queue. I queued up for 5 minutes and unfortunately the queue failed to move. I gave up and went downstairs to work on the sofas. I went back up to check in at 5:30pm and there was no queue. I would suggest future visitors to schedule check ins at a later time. Check in was quick and easy. The staff assisting me was super welcoming and efficient. I got an upgraded room for which I'm thankful for. The room was nice and comfortable. However, I noticed that there was a few strands of hair in the bathtub. But all in all, it was still a pleasant stay.

The only minus was check-in speed - too slow and never enough staff, I don't understand the need for typing in information when I made the booking online. This is my second time staying and both times the check-in was the only minus, but MUST improve as this is the first impression.

Ocean Park Mariott Met My Expectation

It is a delight surprise that the reception offered me an upgrade to a larger room with both jacuzzi and rain shower. The reception counter employees dress in smart casual, reminding guests to be relaxed and holiday mood. The room design is clever, with a sliding door in between the sleeping area and the bath area, giving it spacious feel and privacy if needed. The room is new, clean, neat and fresh (because the room has an electrical device with UV and other air purifying function). In my room, the first round of minibar is on house, another delight surprise.
Comfortable sofa bed for the third person in the family.
One big sliding door separates the sleeping area and the bath area.

Worst 5 star facilities i have ever experienced. No cold water accessible to be putchased or provided which is ridiculous when travelling with young kids. Slippery shower, dirty shower glass is not acceptable for a 5 star rated facilities. Have provided feedback directly to hotel. Will not recommend stay away.
