Hotel is centrally located, within walking distances to MTR, many restaurant. room is tiny but clean, furniture is modern. Hotel only provided two large towels. They should provide two smaller towels. Front desk personal is either ignorant or unwilling to go extra step to help the customers.

Room was clean, but the cigarette smell was quite intense everyday. We got used to it. But it would put a lot of people off staying here. Location was great for local foods, Laundromat down the road is super cheap. Metro within 5 minutes walk and busses all around.

Efficient

10 minutes from MTR, laundry nearby, and places to eat. Site says laundry is available on the premises but you need to pay a fee to enter the area where the laundry is plus pay to do your laundry.

Dash Living is in the heart of where the action is. You can walk to a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops. It's a 10 minute walk to the transit system, or you can walk a bit more and catch the ferries to Kowloon. The location is ideal.

We really liked the location of this hotel. We stayed for two nights and on the second night they took our towels and when we went down to the front desk they said they would bring them up and never did. The service was not the best. The room was nice overall but fairly worn.

Just okay. Nothing inspiring. Room is very small. Bathroom and toilet is really small. More like a student’s hotel. I think it’s overpriced. It isn’t worth the amount I paid for it. One thing I liked is that it’s in the city center and it was easy to walk to everywhere. I was able to take walks and for hours and I enjoyed that.

Although this is a relatively new refurbish for this chain and it was super convenient for our family visit we were very disappointed that firstly although a kettle and cups and fridge there was no tea or coffee or milk. The shower had no glass - just a curtain - and in such a small areea all the water soaked the toilet and surrounded floor. The bathroom sink and mirror is outside the bathroom area and no handtowel provided. The worst aspect was no service to the rooms. Just towel replacement. Sorry- but I am way past backpacker hostels and to come back to an unmade bed and wet bathroom is unacceptable. Other choices in Hong Kong at this price.

Very designerly, but shocking - no lighting to put on make up or really see your face. Not business friendly due to this, doesn't make me feel confident to go for a meeting given I can't see how I look. Rooms extremely tiny, there are better options in Central. Bathroom size OK. I defo won't stay here again.

A No-frills room in a good location

This is a no frills place - a room with en suite and minimal servicing. It is on Hollywood Road so convenient for getting about Hong Kong (10 minutes walk to Central), and one of the best roads to wander along!

It was great! However they need to improve the lighting for the rooms. For the sink area, it's so dark even in the daytime. Needed to move all the table lamps just to look and see into the mirror
