The hotel was beautiful and welcoming in the reception areas. Our room was clean, but very tired and dated. The swimming pool was inaccessible and the gym was very run down. Hotel is getting very dated. Guests' luggage were all over the check-in lobby. Front desk staffs were very efficient and helpful. Room is clean but furnishings are just too out-dated. There was no power outlet next to the bed so I had to ask for a power strip from hose keeping. They delivered the item to the room within ten minutes.
