Location, price and spacious rooms. Got an early check in and left my bag there after checking out to maximise my time in hong kong. Only inconvenience is the elevator some of the card readers dont work correctly and it can make for some awkward rides. Will be my go to for Hong Kong!

The room was clean but only had one pillow option which was massive. The staff dod the bare minimum to help, but were never rude. Breakfast was pretty poor - packed away too early, children were allowed to mess about with the utensils, the toaster didnt work, asian options were unpleasant (mostly deepfried?). The lifts were terrible, far too few for the number of guests and we wasted lots of time waiting for an empty one

Highly recommend this Inis Hotel. Fantastic stay for 2 weeks where our room had stunning views overlooking Victoria Harbour. Excellent staff and we are looking forward to staying again.

Location was great, very accessible to the MTR and easy to do sight seeing. Sheung Wan is a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars to pick from. Room was clean and good size for one person. Breakfast buffet was also quite good. Giving this a 4-star rating as the receptionist at check in was a bit rude and muttering under his breath not thinking I could understand what he was saying. Other than him the staff were friendly enough.

Best part of our nine day stay was the view from the rooms. Both adjoining top floor rooms for family of four had harbor view advertised and it was worth the cost to wake up every morning to the water and to see night lights before bed each day. Bed was firm and beddings clean and comfortable. Housekeeping tidied up daily and changed towels, which was more than expected. Nice to return to clean room daily after a long day. Also liked the hotel location… it was not in Central but close by and easily accessible to east and west via the HK’s vintage tram, which we loved and used most of the time. Liked the residential nature of the hotel location and being able to immerse ourselves in local life.

Good location close to MTR station and Macau Ferry terminal. Vibrant neighbourhood, yet not too busy. Plenty of food options as well as supermarkets for a self catering tourist.
