I loved the hotel view just opposite the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The hotel has a shuttle bus every 30 minutes it’s really saved us for walking in the hot weather, even though you can walk from hotel to shopping district and restaurants, convenient shops only 10 minutes. The hotel decor was a bit out dated and old but for the area it was perfect.

after checking in when i went to my room they gave me 2 single bed instead of a double bed. I had to go downstairs to get the room changed and the hotel wanted to charge me extra, which I disagreed as I paid for a superior room. in the end I was given another which was smaller for what I paid for.Breakfast selection was very good but it was more catered for Asian.some days they had sausages and baked beans other day they didn't, which left to resort to beef patties, toast, fruit and yogurt. the scramble eggs were too watery and tasted a bit weird. the staff were very friendly and the courtesy bus was very handy to get to the Train station and the marina

Good location to access hon Kong right next to a tram stop. Hotel also offers a shuttle service to Hong Kong Terminus and Causeway Bay. Reception were very helpful and service was good. Recommend staying here

The overall stay was okay, but the condition of the room could be improved. The furniture felt a little old and worn, and the room did not appear as clean as expected. The carpet in particular was not well maintained, which gave the room a rather poor impression. Good hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

The atmosphere is vibrant and the entire lobby has a pleasant aroma. The cuisine was excellent! The rooms were compact. The housekeeping service was exceptional. The front desk was efficient and helpful. The hotel hallway is somewhat dimly lit.

Room was good size for travellers. It is walkable distance to the MTR station but you do need to walk about 15 min.

Agnes was amazing and took very good care of us at check-in. They have a hotel shuttle bus which takes you all around Hong Kong's major locations. Gym and restaurant on 2nd flr and snack/drink vending machines in the lobby.
