1st floor women’s washroom was terrible as the toilet was difficult to flush. Main lobby has very old and dirty furniture. Breakfast selections were limited. Staff were super friendly. Shampoo and conditioner not usable. Slippers were poor condition

Check you know what you are booking
We were fortunate to get a corner room so we had a views of the race course and cemetery. Check what you are booking as many of the rooms have either no window and or a view of the cemetery. Rooms are tiny, but we knew that when we booked. Staff are friendly and the free shuttle bus was very useful. Great location for what we wanted to do. Our room needed a refresh.

Good for a short trip
The service from the hotel employees was excellent. The lobby area was lovely and spacious. The free shuttles were incredibly valuable. The room itself - the beds were fine, however our bathroom had very obvious signs of mould and the tight squeeze between the shower and toilet was challenging to work around. Location of hotel is nice and felt safe, a short walk into Causeway Bay. I would stay again due to its wonderful services and location.
