Room was clean and the staff were perfect. Anything I asked was answered to my satisfaction. Love that the rooms do not have carpet. Makes for a cleaner feeling. The windows do not open, but I think that is pretty hard to find in Hong Kong. It's not a 5 star, but you pay for what you get. It was reasonable for what I paid. Location is A1. I’m quite disappointed with my recent stay. My previous stay was acceptable. But this time the room with mouldy smells, air conditioner is noisy and don’t seem to be blowing, bathroom floor trap is choked, and it quite rundown. Smoking also seems to be allowed in other rooms. The good thing is its location and affordable pricing that’s what I can say.

The location is great. The service is so-so, my tea cups and cutlery only got renewed the first day I was there and then they just left it as is. The walls are thin so you can pretty much hear your next door's conversation. Otherwise price is good and everything else is decent. Oh and the elevators are very slow.

Good hotel for easy access to MTR. Really close to MTR, 1 min walk to A1 exit North Point. Perfect for me as a solo traveller. May not be ideal for people wanting spacious rooms. It’s just the perfect sleep and get refreshed room.
