Not our best experience

The property is old and the common areas not well maintained. The rooms we had initially were deplorable. We ended up in a 2 bedroom "suite", if you can call it that. The bathroom door requires you to have good arm strength in other to open it. There was hair everywhere from the previous guest - that should tell you about how well the room was cleaned. The property can have potential if it is maintained.

The room was big enough for 3 people. No hand towels provided. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast is juice, coffee and bread so not a real breakfast. You have to go to the lounge to get drinking water for your room daily. Elevators are a bit slow. Close to many good places to eat and to transportation options.

Excellent location for food and ahopping

Location is excellent for food and shopping. Wan chai has 3 parallel streets offering hundreds of small restaurants and shops . We stay for 4 nights and eat at 3 different restaurants every day. No really need to go elsewhere, apart from sight seeing. MTR is 5 min away. Iclub is more like modern self serviced apartment than a hotel, small reception area and tea and coffee room on the 5 floor. but room cleaned daily with fresh towel. Wifi is relatively slow and limited to 4 devices ,after which you have to pay . For price and location , will return again.

We paid for a twin room a 3rd occupant. We were given room＃xx01. The sofa was pulled out to transform into a bed. It stretched almost one end of the width of the room to the other. V crammed for 3 people to move about the room. For triple sharing family members, ask for rooms xx03 or xx04 instead. They are also sofa beds, but because of the double beds, the room has more space for 3 adults to move about in the room.

Mattress is old, it sinks in the middle. Uncomfortable. The room looks dirty but it's not dirty due to terrible cheap renovations. lifts floor are dirty. Entrance carpet is very dirty and old with many strains. Many tiles are cracked.

Hotel room was quiet, clean and well equipped with clean towels and beddings but a trifle small for 3 adults. Morning coffee and a variety of buns and pastries in a comfortably furnished lounge provided a lovely start each morning and was much appreciated. Transport options were great with mtr about 3 minutes away, tram and buses just outside the hotel. Thanks, iClub Wan Chai. Will stay again when visit Hong Kong.

Always a pleasure staying at the iClub, where I lived for 3 months during the pandemic. Happy that our lives are coming back, since that time, but Wan Chai has changed - still busy, but so much quieter in the evenings now. iClub is in the heart of it - a block away from the MTR. There's a Wellcome across the street. Lots of great food and coffee nearby too.

Perfect for what I needed, an overnight stop over. Room was very spacious and went down to the lounge for a bit. Great facility. Would definitely recommend and about 5 mins from Wan Chai metro station.

Great location close to the tram, subway, and lots of shopping. The hotel itself was definitely a little surprising upon check-in. It’s in a mixed space building with the first and second floors being used for an elderly rec center (also for healthcare resources). Not the end of the world but it definitely felt strange sharing elevators with sick elderly people going to the American-equivalent to an urgent care. Not exactly the hotel experience I was prepared for! My room wasn’t ready at check-in time so I had to wait until it was turned over. When I got to the room, it was obvious they had flew through the cleaning to turn it over to me quickly. The whole facility is definitely in need of some TLC but it’s not a bad option in the Wan Chai area.
