I had stayed here in December 2019, and was pleasantly surprised that the hotel did not age visibly by December 2025. Service was very good. Housekeeping staff was very efficient and nice. Our high floor room with 2 double beds was spacious and comfortable. Only constructive feedback is that, if the hotel changed towels only every 3 days, there should be a place to hang towels so that they can dry properly between uses - the 2 hooks in the bathroom were insufficient for this purpose.

Room is decent, love the gym and the pool, and housekeeping was good in keeping the room clean. Location is good if you are looking for somewhere quiet (especially in the night), and if you are looking to spent part of the night out, the MTR is just a short distance away, hence very convenient.

Really enjoyed the wonderful view from our room. Loved your happy hour on the 23rd floor. Great view and attentive staff. It was my birthday and the waitress took a polaroid picture and enclosed it a nice card wishing me a personalized happy birthday. She also brought over a lovely dessert. It made my birthday in Hong Kong very special. Nice room and was kept very clean by your great staff. We asked for ice which promptly arrived at our room.
